305/35R20 — what fits & what to buy
The widebody size: factory square on Scat Pack Widebody and Hellcat Widebody, and the dream rear for everything else that can clear it.
305 = tread width in millimetres · 35 = sidewall height as a percentage of that width · R20 = radial construction on a 20-inch wheel. Two sizes with the same overall diameter are speedometer-compatible — that is the whole game in staggering.
What runs this size
Charger & Challenger Widebody models 2020+ (factory, square 305/35ZR20), Challenger Redeye Widebody, and the aggressive rear on flared conversions over 11-inch wheels.
Pairing this size front-to-rear? Run it through the stagger calculator before you order.
The picks
The widebody’s best friend. Transforms launch traction; the price stings once and pays for itself every on-ramp.
The OE fitment on many widebodies — a known quantity if you liked the showroom behavior.
For cars that launch in anger: a DOT drag radial in the factory size, swap-on for track days.
Always confirm against the tire placard on your driver-side door jamb and your actual wheel widths before ordering. Fitments here cover common factory and community setups — years and packages vary.

Good to know
Can I put 305s on a non-widebody? Not without flares or serious offset work — the fender is the limit, not the wheel. The non-widebody ceiling is realistically 275/40R20.
Wheel width window: 10–12 inches, happiest on 11. Why square from the factory? Dodge ships 305s at all four corners for rotation and neutral balance; most owners keep it and vary compound instead.
